Month calendar and day agenda
See the whole month at a glance, then open any day to see its bookings, shown in your business's time zone.
Bookings without double-booking
Create, confirm, reschedule and cancel bookings. The server checks every change, so the same resource can never be double-booked.
Business settings for administrators
Administrators manage resources, services, weekly opening hours and closures. A settings change never cancels or moves an existing booking.
Booking history
Every booking keeps a dated record of when it was created, confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled.
English and Arabic
Use Booking Manager in English or Arabic, with a true right-to-left layout in Arabic, on the web and on Android.
Secure staff sign-in
Each staff member signs in with their own account and sees only their business's bookings. Sessions expire when idle, signing out ends them on the server, and they can be revoked.
